Hayley Mills believes Insurance House is different because we always try put our clients first and work hard on their behalf to get the best possible outcome. Hayley recalls a time she recently helped an anxious client who needed to organise insurance the same day their old policy expired, she quickly resolved the issue to her clients great relief - and this felt great to be able to do!

Scott Cooper assists clients with claims and renewal enquiries. He especially likes helping and being there for clients when they have to deal with a potential claim – supporting them during what can be a scary and daunting time such as receiving a legal notice or having a treatment go wrong.

Ruby Jiang coordinates our Hair & Beauty team, creating a great working culture with a strong element of ‘care’ in a busy environment. She loves training, mentoring and nurturing them to be efficient whilst also having a bit of fun – encouraging them to make the most of their insurance career.
